Red Faction 1 & 2

This page is for the Red Faction games. I will post less about this than other topics because these games are becoming harder to find and I got rid of the first one that I got on the release date of the PS2. I can’t remember why…I think that it wouldn’t play for some reason.

Anyway, the first one is based on a mining operation on Mars that is lead by  the Ultor corp. To sum this up quickly, the guards treat the miners like crap and beat them, etc. And then a plague like virus starts going around and the medics don’t really do anything about it. The thing is the virus starts infecting people that get shots for some reason from the medical personel. So, the miners are sick of the B.S. and so they start stockpileing weapons under the leadership of Eos, some woman that witnessed her mothers(or fathers) death to the plague. You start out seeing a guard beat a miner. They kill each other at the same time. If you want to live, you have to pick up the guards control batton(taser stick) and kill a guard that has a pistol. You take the pistol, and continue on through the game trying to get off mars and continue the revolt. BELIEVE ME!!! THIS IS AN ACTION PACKED GAME!!! Theres no doubt about that. If you do ever see either of the Red Faction(especially the 1st,and better one) BUY IT!! It is worth the money.
